To initiate a return for your Intco Vinyl Exam Gloves, please email returns@avacaremedical.com with your 7-digit AvaCare Medical order number (found on the packing slip as the PO number) and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a personal RMA number and the return shipping address. If you are not completely satisfied with your Intco Vinyl Gloves, we offer refunds for all unused, resellable items returned within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page. A restocking fee, typically 15%, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. If your entire order is returned, your original shipping cost will be refunded. Should the issue be due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will assume full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the Intco Vinyl Gloves at your own expense.
