The G Series Trapeze can be height adjusted by Locating the side of the rope attached to the trapeze handle.
Then grab the rope above the locking bracket and pull the rope outward, away from the locking bracket.
This will disengage the rope from the "teeth" located inside the locking bracket.
With the rope pulled outward, perform one of the following:
Slide the rope up to raise the handle or slide the rope down to lower the handle.
Once at the desired height, release the rope. The rope will relax into the vertical position and automatically engage the "teeth" inside the locking bracket.
Gently, pull on the handle to ensure handle is locked in place.
Then grab the rope above the locking bracket and pull the rope outward, away from the locking bracket.
This will disengage the rope from the "teeth" located inside the locking bracket.

Slide the rope up to raise the handle or slide the rope down to lower the handle.
