If you're not 100% satisfied with the Uplift Premium Standard Manual Lifting Cushion, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable lifting cushions returned within 30 days* of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A 15% restocking fee, which varies by product, will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if the return is due to a defective or incorrect cushion lift. Your original shipping cost will be refunded if all items in the order are returned. If the issue is our fault (damaged or incorrect seat lifting cushion), we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the item at your cost.
