When you turn the digital wrist watch with pedometer ON, the pedometer will default to ON. To start using the Pedometer mode, begin from the time screen (the Home screen). Press and hold UP until a runner icon appears in the bottom right corner of the watch screen, activating the digital pedometer watch functionality.
