If you are not 100% satisfied with your extra wide wheelchair, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days* of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Your original shipping cost will be refunded if all items in the order are returned. If the issue is on our end, such as a damaged or incorrect large wheelchair, we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the wide wheelchair at your cost.
