I purchased the small vinyl pants; they're too big. Are youth sizes available?

Small and medium size seem to be the same size. I purchased both sizes. I purchased the medium first and they were to large.

Unfortunately, the smallest size available for the Waterproof Vinyl Pull-on Pant is what is listed on the product page. We currently do not have any waterproof pants smaller than that. Our range of waterproof pull-on pants begins from the size specified online.
