Unfortunately, the Alex Orthopedic Contour Lucite Cane has a limited height adjustment range, extending only from 36" to 36.5". For more flexibility, consider the Offset Handle Cane with Gel Grip by Drive Medical, which offers adjustable height from 28.5" to 38".
