If you are not 100% satisfied with the Drive Medical Splash Defense Transfer Bench with Curtain Guard Protection, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A restocking fee, typically 15%, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Your original shipping cost will be refunded if all items in the order are returned. If the issue is on our end, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the Drive Medical Splash Defense Transfer Bench at your cost.
