If you are not 100% satisfied with your Medline Kidz Pediatric Wheelchair, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days* of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A restocking fee, which varies by product, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is for a defective or incorrect item. We will also refund your original shipping cost if all items in the order are returned. If the issue is on our end (damaged or incorrect item), we will take full responsibility. If not, you may return the item at your cost.
