If you are not 100% satisfied with the McKesson Durable Rollator, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days* of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A restocking fee, typically 15%, will be deducted from your refund, but this fee is waived for defective or incorrect items. Your original shipping cost will be refunded if all items in the order are returned. If the issue is on our end, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the rollator at your cost.
