If you are not 100% satisfied with your Strive Mobility Pushchair Accessories, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days* of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A wholesaler’s restocking fee, typically 15%, will be deducted from your refund, but this fee is waived if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. If the issue is our fault, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the item at your cost. Your satisfaction with our mobility pushchair products is our priority.
