If you are not 100% satisfied with your Guardian Reclining Wheelchair, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days* of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A wholesaler’s restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund, varying by product. This fee is waived if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. If the issue is on our end, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the item at your cost.
