If you are not 100% satisfied with your Freedom Ultralight Rollator, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund, varying by product, and is not applied if the return is for a defective or incorrect item. If the issue is on our end, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the item at your cost.
