If you are not 100% satisfied with your Viper Plus GT Reclining Wheelchair, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days* of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A restocking fee, varying by product, will be deducted from your refund, but this 15% fee is not applied if the return is for a defective or incorrect item. Your original shipping cost will be refunded if all items in the order are returned. If the issue is on our end (damaged or incorrect item), we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the item at your cost.
