How is door anchor set up? Lost instructions long ago! Healing from a broken femur 3 years ago & want to build up my strength! ( Am an 80+ woman - left leg now 2 1/2" shorter -- seriously annoying!! 😉 ) Balance not stable, yet! I'm ready to rock & roll!! 😊
