If you are not 100% satisfied with your Medline Bariatric Transport Chair, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days* of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This 15% fee varies by product and is not applied if the return is for a defective or incorrect item. Your original shipping cost will be refunded if all items in the order are returned. If the issue is on our end, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect bariatric transport chair, we will take full responsibility. If not, you may return the item at your cost.
