If you are not 100% satisfied with the Lumex Walkabout Junior Rollator, we offer a refund on all unused, resellable goods returned within 30 days of purchase, unless marked otherwise on the product page. If the issue is on our end, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you may return the item at your cost, and a wholesaler's restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
