My wife Joyce has paralysis on her right side. Can you suggest a Hoyer device that allows me to help her move?

Joyce is unable to walk without assistance. Getting her onto the commode and off again is a challenge. Getting her into and out of the van passenger seat is also a challenge and also up and down the 3 steps just outside our front door is a challenge as well. Hope you carry something that can help us.
