Where you put the thumb is it a velcro strap that is adjustable or a fixed hole you put your thumb through?

My current wrist brace has 4 velcro straps that adjust the brace one at the thumb and 3 on arm.. I need to know if the thumb hole is fixed or adjusted with velcro on the other side. The other side is not shown in the photo.
