Can I buy just the cable for for my Qeddi transport chair?

My cable was defective and broke at the end internal to the handle. The cable end was attached to a cylinder slightly over 5mm at the wide end and about 3mm at the cable end with length 7mm. A new cable is all I need to reassemble the handle and fix the brake.
